Professional Embroidery Digitizing

Turn your logo or artwork into a production-ready embroidery file.

Embroidery machines cannot use regular image files such as PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG directly. Your artwork must first be professionally digitized to determine the stitch types, stitch directions, density, underlay and sewing order.

Our digitizing service prepares your design for clean, durable embroidery on garments, hats, bags and other suitable products.

Choose Your Design Size

• Left Chest or Hat Logo – Up to 4″: Best for company logos, names, uniforms, polos, jackets and caps.
• Large Design – Over 4″: Best for jacket backs, large hoodie designs and more detailed embroidery.

How It Works

1. Select the design size and desired delivery time.
2. Click the red Customize button and upload your artwork.
3. Enter the approximate finished embroidery dimensions and tell us what type of product it will be embroidered on.
4. We will manually digitize and review your design.
5. Your completed embroidery file and a digital stitch preview will be sent by email.

Files Included

You will receive:

• A production-ready .DST embroidery file
• A PDF or image showing the stitch sequence and thread colours
• One minor revision if required

Additional machine-specific formats may be available upon request. Please tell us which format you require before ordering.

Important Information

• This service includes embroidery digitizing only. Garments and embroidery production are not included.
• Digitizing is created for the selected size and type of garment. Significantly resizing an embroidery file may affect the stitch quality and can require redigitizing.
• Hat embroidery requires a different sewing sequence than flat garments. Please select or mention hat/cap when submitting your artwork.
• Very small text, thin lines, gradients, shadows and highly detailed artwork may need to be simplified for embroidery.
• Thread colours will be matched as closely as possible, but exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed from a screen image.
• Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.
• If your artwork cannot be embroidered successfully without a substantial redesign, we will contact you before proceeding. If we cannot complete the work, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
• Physical sew-out samples and revisions caused by changes to the original artwork are not included.
