We accept all common file types (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, PSD), so you can upload whatever you have.
For best results:
- Logos & text - vector files (AI, EPS or true-vector PDF)
- Photos & detailed art - high-resolution PNG, about 300 DPI at the size you want printed, with a transparent background if you don't want a box around your design. Avoid semi-transparent pixels.
Simple fixes: We often remove solid white backgrounds and make minor adjustments when they're easy and safe to do.
Optional upgrade: If a file is too low-quality or needs real re-drawing, we'll suggest our paid Vectorization & Logo Cleanup service before printing.

Print Methods: DTF is our primary printing method. Select your preferred method from the available options while customizing. If you have no preference, leave ‘Printer’s Choice’ selected and we’ll choose the method best suited to your garment and design.
Embroidery: Additional embroidery fees are automatically calculated based on your design. These fees are separate from the print-location charges below.
